I will have 2 sources of income. The first will be an investment fund. This will be the majority of my income, and will assure that I will have all of the money I will need. The second will be the rental of the apartment that sits above the garage. Both of these income sources will be considered as capital gains, and any repairs needed to be made on the apartment will be a tax deduction. This will allow me to do everything I will need, and want to do (within reason). I will even consider having a single foster child since my house is a 2 bedroom house.
There is a fact to recognize, and that is I am unable to work. Even while writing this page, I am in serious pain. There have been days I am debilitated. Even if I was to telecommute, I am not a reliable employee due to the pain, and other consequences of life I have to deal with. Since I am not able to work, all of my investment, and rental is my only sources of income, and there is nothing that would change that.
All together, I will suspect a monthly income of about $15,000. This will be enough for me to live comfortably, and maybe even have a foster child. Since the house is just a 2 bedroom, and I will sleep in one of the bedrooms, I will only be able to have one child. This is because I feel that a child should have their own private space that they don’t have to share.
