I will need a place to live. While I would love to have my 4 Story Building, this is not likely on $5,000,000. It’s not just the purchase of the building, but also the time it would take to work with the business tenant, or proceed with eviction procedures in worst case scenario. The 2BR [house] will have to work for me. At least one good thing is there is a convenience store next door, and I am in walking distance of one of my doctors. The 2BR house will also have an apartment rental to generate some more money, although by itself is not enough.
